1- Zingysip Shipping Policy
At Zingysip, we believe your perfect cup of sip begins the moment you place your order. That’s why we take shipping seriously—so you get your tea beverage be fresh, sealed, and ready to brew.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving confirmation. We carefully seal to maintain quality and aroma before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
We ship PAN India! Our typical delivery timeframe is 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote areas may take a bit longer.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse to your tea shelf.
Packaging That Cares
Your tea beverage are packed in airtight, food-grade pack designed to preserve freshness and prevent spillage or damage during transit. We pack securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges Free if order value above Rs 800
Orders below 1 kg will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
COD (Cash on Delivery) facility is available subject to approval
Delays & Notifications
In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues, weather conditions, or high demand. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Damaged pack or Missing Items

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy – Zingysip
At Zingysip, we take great pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality beverage in every pack. To maintain our quality standards and due to the nature of our food product, we have a strict no refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them. Once your order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@flavourteacoffee.com or message us on Instagram @zingysip within the 4-hour window.
Please note: Prepaid order cancellations (within the allowed time frame) will be refunded to your original payment method after a small processing fee, deduction as applicable.
No Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns related to food products, we do not offer refunds once an order is processed and shipped. We encourage you to double-check your cart, delivery address, and contact details before confirming the order.
Wrong or Damaged Product?
If you receive a wrong item or a packet that is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order ID and clear photos of the issue at support@zingysip.com. We will either replace the item or provide store credit—depending on the situation and product availability.
